This is a full-time hybrid role for a DOW Account Executive (Sales), based in Ashburn, VA, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves driving business growth through lead generation, building and nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Account Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to align client needs with Procentrix's solutions and services, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales objectives.

• Expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional client experience and maintain ongoing satisfaction
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration and remote work
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals in a similar role
• Experience in the technology or IT services sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
