• Draft and manage statements of work for customizations and client builds
• Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams to define project scopes and success criteria
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of large projects for global key accounts
• Build and maintain a network of specialized contractors for custom fintech implementations
• Oversee project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery

• 10+ years in Professional Services or Product
• 3–5+ years of experience hiring and leading teams in high-growth environments
• Deep domain expertise in payments, fintech, fraud, AML/KYC, or compliance
• Demonstrated experience in project scoping and financial operations, including SOWs and MSAs
• Technical fluency to manage frontend, backend, and SQL-heavy projects

• Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to source and integrate external expertise into project delivery
