Sony Interactive is seeking a NOC Administrator for a remote PST 2nd shift contract. You will monitor alerts, own incident handling, and coordinate with engineers via Slack and Runbooks. Weekend work is required with Wednesday/Thursday off options after 90 days.
You will use ITSM tools (Service Now, Confluence, JIRA) and monitoring platforms (Splunk, Datadog). Core tasks include basic security duties, IP subnetting, password unlocks, and guiding users to SOPs.
