As a Business Analyst Sr within PNC's Capital and Investment Banking (C&IB) Business Technology organization, you will work remotely within the PNC footprint.

As a Business Analyst Sr, you will be responsible for reporting from the Capital Stream system, troubleshooting issues, validating system enhancements, and completing service tickets when needed. You may be required to work evenings or weekends during system upgrades and certificate renewals.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home‑based workspace. Occasional in‑office participation may be required based on business needs.

• Conduct research, discovery, collection, and interpretation of business requirements; assist in development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting.
• Provide consulting to clients on business design, problem solving, and business analysis to support project management; develop and maintain applicable policy and procedure documentation.
• Obtain and identify business requirements needed to improve existing business processes; provide expertise and problem‑solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process.
• Translate business needs, processes, and procedures by partnering with experts and stakeholders to articulate requirements; facilitate gap analysis and future business process modeling for clients.

• Customer focused – understanding customer needs and satisfaction to guide business decisions and create customized solutions.
• Managing risk – assessing and managing risks associated with business objectives and activities to align with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Key qualifications include:

• University or college degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Business needs analysis, process modeling, data analytics, decision making, management reporting, prioritization, waterfall methodology.

• Analytical thinking, business assessment, consulting, effectiveness measurement, information capture, data/process/event/object modeling, project management, requirements analysis, software product business knowledge.

Roles at this level typically require 2+ years of relevant experience. A combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Base Salary: $52,500.00 – $

Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
