Trane Technologies is seeking a Technical Product Support Engineer (Unitary) to remotely assist customers with startup, operation, and troubleshooting of Unitary equipment. You will guide customers through equipment issues, ensure safety, and determine best action with a focus on customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, field experience, and the ability to work with internal teams and external customers. Remote work is supported with some travel to customer sites as needed.
