Soft Pro seeks a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for our Cloud Operations Team, based in Raleigh, NC or remote. You will produce observability metrics, refine SLIs, and help architect and scale cloud-based services for performance and reliability.
Responsibilities include building IaC for alerts, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with product teams while supporting incident response and post‑mortem analyses. Strong Linux/Windows experience and container orchestration are required.
