This position is located in Irvine, CA and has a work schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home. The Dev Ops Engineer will support our multiple software products and brands across the organization, including Debt Solutions, CoStar Suites, Loop Net, , , and Ten-X.

We are looking for an individual with a sense of ownership and pride in performance, a proactive and go‑getter attitude, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires:

• A passion for automating and leveraging Dev Ops principles, striving for operational excellence within an infrastructure‑as‑code mindset.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) using the latest Dev Ops tools and innovative methods.
• Comfortable in both development and operations roles, with a strong desire to learn new tools, platforms and languages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teams in IT and business organizations.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Ability to provide help to management, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews, and to motivate team members.

• Bachelor  Degree from an accredited, in‑person, not‑for‑profit university or college.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Dev Ops environment with a developer focus.
• Experience with sizing and estimation techniques for small to medium‑size tasks and projects.
• Infrastructure as code using Cloud Formation, Terraform or similar platforms.
• Experience using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Kubernetes environments and supporting tooling.
• Familiarity with infrastructure foundation components of large networks in AWS and on‑prem (e.g., systems & network administration, DNS, hypervisors, containers, databases, multi‑datacenters).

• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools in APM, system vitals, synthetics and RUM.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical application to improve workflows, observability and team efficiency.
• Programming languages or developer background with Java, C#, Python or Node.js.
• Conceptual understanding of SQL and No‑SQL databases, with the ability to evaluate and select appropriate solutions based on performance, cost and technical fit.
• Experience configuring Content Delivery Networks (CDN) for performance caching and global traffic management.
• Scripting experience with Power Shell or Bash.
• Server‑less architecture methodologies.
• Experience with REST API or Microservices development.
• Agile methodologies and working on short sprint cycles.
