Couchbase, the operational data platform for AI, seeks a hands-on Sr. Manager of Customer Success Operations to partner with the SVP of CS and operationalize the new CS function. You will translate customer journey blueprints into repeatable processes, dashboards, and clean Salesforce workflows.
You will own health metrics, design predictive dashboards in Salesforce/Tableau, and drive renewal pipeline visibility while coaching teams on AI-driven health signals.
