Polsinelli is seeking a Help Desk Agent to support end users in a fast-paced professional services environment with remote or hybrid options. This second-shift role runs 11–7 PM CT, M–F, and requires excellent communication and time management skills.
The successful candidate will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist end-users with questions, and document resolutions in the ticketing system while building productive client relationships and contributing to continuous improvement.
