Your playing field:

• You set the direction: You steer demanding national and international search accounts and develop the strategic roadmap for sustainable growth.
• You find levers that others overlook: Tracking, feeds, automation, scripts, and conversion data are not just individual disciplines for you, but the basis for better decisions and measurable more performance.
• sparring partner: You question briefings, bring in your own ideas, and advise customers on an equal footing. In pitches, you convince with substance, clarity, and a genuine understanding of the business.
• You work on what’s next: You test new Google Ads features, AI applications, and advertising platforms like ChatGPT Ads before they become standard – and develop new solutions from them for our customers and our team.

Your profile:

• Experience that shows impact: You have at least five years of experience in full-funnel SEA and successfully managed complex Google Ads accounts. Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
• You analyze razor-sharp: You recognize patterns, question results, and distinguish real causes from coincidences. From complex data, you derive clear decisions, tests, and concrete growth levers.
• You don’t wait for tasks: You see potentials early, develop your own solutions, and take responsibility for their implementation. You actively advance topics instead of just working on briefings.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly: You master German fluently and can convey complex relationships understandably – internally as well as in direct exchange with customers. Good English skills are an advantage.
• You master the modern SEA stack: Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Merchant Center, tracking, and analytics are part of your everyday life. It is not only important that you can operate the tools, but that you derive better decisions from them.
