Maximus is seeking a motivated Desktop Support Technician II to join our CMS-related program. This fully remote role provides desktop, laptop, and peripheral support to users at remote and home offices, delivering timely resolution through ticketing systems and remote access tools.
You will diagnose issues, configure operating systems, maintain imaging and software, and liaise with project managers to ensure smooth transitions of new technology into production support.
