Position Overview
A Senior Business Systems Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to support and enhance critical ERP and supply chain systems. The analyst will own day‑to‑day administration, support, and improvement of platforms such as Net Suite and warehouse management solutions while driving operational efficiency across the business. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, coordinating projects, managing system enhancements, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives and process requirements.
The role also involves preparing the organization for future ERP transformation initiatives, including SAP adoption.
- Serve as the primary functional owner for ERP and supply chain platforms, managing product backlogs, support activities, enhancements, and system priorities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate needs into actionable system solutions.
- Coordinate and support projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, project milestones, and IT standards.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including ongoing support, enhancement work, project delivery, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment.
- Support Tier 2 application issues and escalations for ERP and warehouse management platforms, coordinating resolution efforts across internal and external teams.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, functional testing, and regression testing to validate system changes and ensure successful deployment.
- Coordinate system enhancements, releases, and change activities while communicating impacts, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, including business requirements, workflows, user stories, process documentation, release notes, and knowledge base materials.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize end‑to‑end operational processes across order management, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain functions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and proactively drive resolution to maintain delivery timelines and business objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting or administering Net Suite ERP.
- Experience gathering business requirements, translating business needs into system solutions, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting ERP systems and business applications within a variety of functional areas.
- Experience coordinating projects, managing priorities, and partnering with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to deliver business solutions.
- Knowledge of business process flows across functions such as order management, purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, or financial operations.
- Experience conducting functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and release validation activities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with SAP ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred;
Net Suite professional certifications (e.g., Net Suite Administrator, Suite Foundation, or ERP Consultant) are a plus.
Candidate must be local to the Rigby, or willing to relocate. Hybrid work environment: in‑office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; work from home on Monday and Friday. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
