JoCo is seeking a Desktop Analyst to provide high level hardware, software and application support to end users. You will handle ticket management, in-person and remote support, imaging, OS upgrades, and software installations to keep business systems running smoothly.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, 3+ years of desktop support, and experience with Windows 10, MS Office 365, AD, Citrix, Edge, and mobile devices. Oil & gas or telecom experience is preferred.
