About the RoleCrowd Strike is looking for highly motivated, self‑driven technical analysts dedicated to protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. In our virtual security operations center you will detect, contain, and remediate incidents in real time for customers.

- Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
- Perform basic malware analysis.
- Develop and improve processes for incident detection and countermeasures.
- Produce high‑quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings for customer management.
- Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, Crowd Casts, and other public speaking events.
- Incident Handling:
Experience conducting or managing incident response, investigating targeted threats such as APT, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists. - Computer Forensic Analysis:
Background using forensic tools to determine the scope of compromise. - Systems Administration:
Understanding of system internals to implement countermeasures and remediation. - Network Forensic Analysis:
Knowledge of network protocols, analysis tools, and log analysis. - Malware Analysis:
Ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis. - Incident Remediation:
Strong understanding of targeted attacks and ability to create tactical and strategic remediation plans. - Network Operations & Architecture:
Understanding of secure network architecture and experience in network operations. - Programming/Scripting:
Experience coding in C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET. - Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making and streamline workflows.
- Capable of completing technical tasks without supervision.
- Desire to grow technical and soft skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Contributing thought leader within the incident response industry.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude.
- Must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule, including a day on the weekend.
- Must be willing to work on site (hybrid schedule).
- This role is only open to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.
- May be required to undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug testing during employment.
- BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Applicants without a degree but with relevant work experience and/or training will be considered.
