HANA environment in the United States. You will ensure stability and efficiency of Order Management and Customer Care while collaborating with global partners.
You will bridge business operations and IT as a SME, drive process optimization, testing, releases, and data‑driven operational excellence across OTC.
Experience with S/4
HANA, ECC, and Fiori is preferred.
