GovCIO is seeking a Help Desk Analyst/IT Generalist to support a legacy VA application in a fully remote, exempt role. You will manage and resolve Help Desk tickets, provide professional end-user assistance, and coordinate with VA stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in help desk environments, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with Service Now. You will work 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET, weekdays, with remote collaboration across government teams.
