What you'll do- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers during the sales cycle to understand customer needs, demo Ethena's platform, and help build proposals that address customer pain points.
- Help maintain and refine the Ethena demo environment so it reflects our latest AI features, use cases, and real‑world client setups.
- Build custom walkthroughs, prototypes, and tailored demos for deals, such as custom content builds, course‑editing demonstrations, and integrations.
- Translate product, content, and AI feature specs into customer‑ready language, both in live calls and in sales assets.
- Build a deep understanding of our solutions and field technical and implementation questions on topics such as data security, HRIS integrations, and customization, escalating the most complex to your manager.
- Draft responses for RFPs, pilots, and security reviews.
- Collect real‑time feedback from prospects and relay it back to Product and Engineering.
- Create and maintain sales‑ready assets such as talk tracks, decks, video tutorials and Looms, and objection handling.
- Enable Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on new product updates, features and functionality.
- Some experience in a Sales Engineering, Sales, Implementation, or technical customer‑facing role at a SaaS company.
- Ability to tell a clear story with a technical product, especially on calls with HR, IT, Security, and Legal stakeholders.
- Exposure to the discovery and technical demo stages of a sales cycle.
- An ownership mindset: you’ll grow into being a go‑to resource on demos, pre‑sales technical support, and product fluency.
- Credibility with sales reps and the comfort to work closely with leadership.
- Bias toward clarity, fast execution, and iteration over polish.
- Familiarity with, or the ability to quickly learn, AI‑powered tools, APIs, and enterprise integrations (LMS, HRIS, SSO, etc.).
- A self‑starter who takes ownership with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality, is comfortable with ambiguity, and proactively surfaces problems and solutions. You’ll have a manager invested in your growth and ready to coach, and we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow into the role.

Getting up to speed on a frequently innovating product and several compliance domains quickly enough to translate complex features into clear value for the customers we’re looking to win.
Salary$95,000–$150,000 a year ($80,000–125,000 base salary; $15,000–25,000 variable compensation).

LocationEthena is a remote‑first organization and is currently hiring candidates based in the United States.
