GovCIO is seeking a Help Desk Analyst/IT Generalist to support a legacy VA application. The role is full-time and fully remote, with work hours Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET. You will manage tickets, provide end-user support, and collaborate with project teams to align operations with program needs.
The candidate will bring 2–5 years of help desk experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Service Now, supporting a public-facing help desk in a government IT environment.
