GovCIO is hiring a Help Desk Analyst/IT Generalist to support a legacy VA application. This full-time role is fully remote in the United States, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET.
The analyst will manage tickets, guide end users, and coordinate with VA stakeholders. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while maintaining service quality.
