This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise analytics by designing scalable business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making across healthcare, finance, and operations. You will combine advanced Power BI development with platform administration, ensuring reporting environments remain secure, high‑performing, and reliable. Working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights while establishing governance standards and best practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards that support healthcare, financial, operational, and business analytics.
- Build and optimize semantic models, data relationships, calculated columns, and advanced DAX measures to deliver accurate and scalable reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business, clinical, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ensure reporting solutions follow best practices for performance, usability, scalability, governance, and security.
- Administer the Power BI Service by managing work spaces, user access, row‑level security, dataset refreshes, gateways, deployment pipelines, and licensing.
- Monitor report and dataset performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize platform reliability across development, testing, and production environments.
- Establish and maintain Power BI standards, documentation, governance frameworks, and operational procedures that promote consistency and long‑term scalability.
- Support enterprise analytics initiatives and contribute to continuous improvements across the organization’s business intelligence ecosystem.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and supporting Power BI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Advanced expertise with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service; experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Premium, or Power BI Embedded is highly desirable.
- Strong SQL and T‑SQL development skills, including complex querying, performance tuning, data transformation, and data cleansing.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing principles.
- Experience working with Azure‑based data platforms such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, or similar technologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Power BI administration, including security, row‑level security, workspace management, dataset refreshes, gateways, deployment pipelines, and governance.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities with the capability to independently manage projects from design through deployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with healthcare data, claims, payers, providers, PBMs, TPAs, or HIPAA‑compliant environments is strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Power BI, Azure, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications are considered an advantage.
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 USD
