Our C&W Technology Team of Solution Leads, Project Managers, Business Analysts & Solution Consultants work closely with our clients and our account team stakeholders to identify potential opportunities to deliver value through technology and provide insights into solutions that support targeted outcomes.

This is a full-time position and can be located anywhere in the United States with the ability to work from home, office, or hoteling space as required. Travel may be required.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to BI analysts and account team resources
• Establish best practices, standards, and repeatable processes for BI development and delivery
• Provide training and enablement to the account team on BI platforms, tools, and analytics capabilities

• Serve as a senior analytics partner to Client and the account team, managing key relationships and expectations
• Coordinate and support the timely and accurate delivery of standard monthly reports, including validation of report outputs, identification and escalation of data issues, and communication of risks or delays to Client/account leadership.
• Advise Client on analytics strategies, including how to prioritize requests and align them with platform capabilities and long-term value
• Determine appropriate responses to Client requests that may be out of scope, misaligned with best practices, or not in the client’s best interest
• Provide clear verbal and written updates to management and stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes

• Lead BI platform initiatives to enhance the delivery of insights for Client
• Liaise with BI platform and solutions teams to ensure dashboard design, prototyping, and development meet business and product requirements
• Partner with development teams to expand analytics offerings through dashboard proofs of concept, tabular model measure development, and product feature enhancements
• Support the evolution of a governed, scalable BI ecosystem, including certified reporting and self-service analytics

• Collaborate with Client’s CRE Advanced Specialist of Data Analytics, Client/account leadership, and relevant stakeholders to help shape the data and insights strategy for Workplace; identify, source, validate, and deliver meaningful data and analytics that enable continuous optimization of Client’s CRE portfolio.
