Kentro is seeking a Business Process Consultant to bridge VA stakeholders and ESOM Service Now delivery teams. You will elicit requirements across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM, translate them into user stories, and manage the product backlog with Scrum Masters.
You will ensure delivered capabilities align with business outcomes and facilitate UAT with VA stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of enterprise Service Now experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and Agile delivery experience.
