Strong Mind, Inc. is seeking a remote-friendly Support Engineer to join the Support Engineering team. You will collaborate with client-facing Support teams and Engineering stakeholders to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and build automation.
In this role you will reproduce issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver engineering-ready handoff packages. Experience in Level 2 support, strong debugging, and SQL (Postgres) is essential. AI tooling collaboration is encouraged.
