Role Description The ICAM Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lanham, MD, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with federal security and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing project timelines, coordinating resources, tracking deliverables, and communicating status to stakeholders and leadership.

The ICAM Project Manager works closely with technical teams, vendors, and government clients to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain documentation and reporting. The role also involves facilitating meetings, supporting change management activities, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and ICAM processes.
Qualifications

  • Experience working as an Expeditor, with strong expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project materials, documentation, and milestones.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Inspection-related experience to verify compliance with ICAM standards, security controls, and contract requirements.
  • Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, workflows, and dependencies across multiple teams and locations.
  • Knowledge of ICAM concepts, federal cybersecurity frameworks, and identity/access control best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and documentation quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with both on-site and remote team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
