WPS Health Solutions is seeking an ITAM Hardware Analyst to manage discovery and CMDB data accuracy across the IT infrastructure. You will configure automated tools (Service Now ITOM) and maintain hardware lifecycle data to support ITIL processes and government contract requirements.
You will provide real-time inventory, portfolio, security and compliance data to internal teams, administer Service Now Mid Servers, and collaborate on ITAM tool enhancements.
