Fujifilm in the United States is hiring a Technical Support Engineer, MI to provide remote technical support for HCUS customers. This role requires careful decision-making and the ability to analyze complex issues.
You will diagnose hardware, software and network problems on medical imaging systems, guide service engineers, document solutions in the knowledge base and stay compliant with FDA, ISO 13485 and internal quality standards. Occasional on-site visits and travel may be required.
