Carrier, via its Nlyte Software subsidiary, seeks a permanent DCIM Support Specialist to back the Nlyte application suite, troubleshoot Modbus/SNMP/BACnet, and manage complex client issues with enterprise tools like vCenter, HP UCMDB, and Service Now.
This is a remote role with a preference for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone. You will work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT, with on-call rotation roughly every two months, and bring strong system administration experience in large organizations.
