Addison Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance Workday Benefits and LOA functionality. This remote contract role requires strong Workday configuration experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate system performance.
You will configure benefits programs, support open enrollment, and build reports and dashboards to drive HR operations efficiently. Remote schedule is M–F, 8–5 with benefits available after 60 days on contract.
