BRMi is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to support the modernization of internal tools used by Member Service Representatives, replacing a legacy system with modern, scalable, user-centered solutions.
You will partner with UX, Product Management and Engineering teams to design intuitive interfaces, translate legacy functionality into streamlined workflows, contribute to the enterprise design system, and produce development-ready designs for Microsoft Dynamics in an Agile environment.
