UPTIME is hiring a remote IT Service Desk Engineer in South Africa to support our MSP clients. You will handle 1st and 2nd line IT issues, focusing on Azure, Google Workspace, Windows, and security, while communicating status to clients and maintaining thorough documentation.
Two years in a full-time IT service desk role is preferred, with MSP exposure ideal for work with schools, SMEs, healthcare and small businesses. A long-term commitment is expected.
