GovCIO is seeking a Test Manager to oversee testing strategy, planning, and execution across healthcare systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance and delivery of high-quality software. This is a fully remote US-based position with core hours of 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
You will lead a team of SQA testers, develop test plans, coordinate functional, regression, UAT, IOC testing, track defects, and report quality metrics to leadership while collaborating with development teams and product owners.
