Note, this is a purely telecommuting/work-from-home position whereby the employee may reside anywhere within the U.S. Understand the current business process across all regions and plants for Material Requirements Planning, Procurement and Logistics functions. Lead discussion with various stakeholders to study the transformation of current process and legacy systems to Industry best standards, technology and systems focusing on the SAP Production Planning, Materials Management and other modules.

Lead and perform Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, and Fit-Gap/Fit-to-Standard Analysis to understand the as-is/to-be states and identify key functionalities and process gaps. Recommend possible technology and process solutions to address gaps. Support user acceptant testing, cutover activities, data migration, and Post Go-Live support. Configurate and customize S4 HANA system and integrate with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), MDM (Master Data Management) and Sourcing systems such as ARIBA.

Implement knowledge of Automotive Variant Configuration and MRP strategies. Integrate Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Variant Configuration in Production Planning. Demand flow from upstream system to drive the MRP and Capacity utilizations. Work closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs. Stay current on SAP trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
