Two
95 International Inc. is seeking a Service Desk / Help Desk Technician for a 6-month to hire engagement in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role provides Level-1 and Level-2 remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers and related devices, with occasional on-site visits.
You will document incidents, escalate as needed, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support networks including AD, DNS, DHCP. The position requires on-call participation and ability to lift equipment.
