Adaptation is seeking Help Desk/IT Product Support Analysts for an Overnight Shift to support a large IT program. After a two-week onsite training period in Lower Manhattan, the position will be remote in the meantime, with the expectation that it will eventually be full time onsite.
You will handle incident logging, real-time data analysis, and coordination with lane technicians, product specialists, supervisors, and system administrators to ensure timely resolution and contract adherence.
