TEKsystems Client is expanding its Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to improve scalability, governance, and resiliency across a large, complex healthcare environment. This role will serve as a key enterprise-level architect, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day architecture operations, working across multiple business units and hospital systems.

The position is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with IT leadership, sourcing, and business stakeholders to ensure technology decisions align with enterprise standards while remaining flexible to business needs.

TOGAF (or Similar Framework Knowledge)

○ Creating/selecting architecture artifacts when needed

○ Structuring thinking around enterprise architecture domains (business, application, data, technology)

Application Rationalization / Capability Mapping

- Supports upcoming initiatives such as:

○ Reducing application redundancy

○ Aligning systems to business capabilities

○ Evaluating current state application portfolio

○ Recommending consolidation or sunset strategies

Enterprise Platform Familiarity (ERP, CRM, Clinical Systems)

- Enables quicker onboarding and stronger decision-making when:

○ Reviewing enterprise software solutions

○ Comparing vendors during RFPs

- Not tied to specific tools, but helps with:

○ Understanding common architectures and integration patterns

Documentation & Repository Standardization

- Contributes to:

○ Building a centralized architecture repository

○ Improving access to technical documentation across business units

- Supports broader governance and transparency efforts

Required Education

- Bachelor's Degree required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
