HCLTech is seeking an IT Field Services & Onsite Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support at client locations, with both onsite and remote elements. You will install, image, configure Windows and macOS systems, troubleshoot a range of issues, and ensure reliable IT operations with a strong customer focus.
You will coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors, manage assets and hardware refreshes, and deliver executive support when required.
