Role And Responsibilities
Candidates applying must be P-TECH graduates and must be registered students in a college or university program in order to be eligible for Fall 2026 Co‑op.
Co‑Ops at IBM exercise deep and broad skills across software and hardware development, data science, product management, business analytics, finance, consulting, sales, marketing & communications, design, and HR.
Work arrangements may vary based on business needs. This role allows for remote work. Co‑ops may also work from their nearest IBM location when appropriate.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available.
Preferred Education- Associate's Degree/College Diploma
- Graduate of a P-TECH School
- Willingness to work at least 40 hours per month (10 hr/wk)
- Ability to work independently, when needed, as well as collaborate with a cross‑functional team
- Some knowledge or expertise in any ONE of the following:
- Computer Systems Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Information Systems
- Software Engineering, Mobile Programming, or Computer Programming
- Network Technology
- Web Development
- Cyber Security
