IT Business Analyst, Business Systems & Technology Analysis
Position Overview
We are a leading global software company dedicated to computer-aided design, 3D modeling and simulation. We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative IT Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our Salesforce-related business processes and systems, and on detailing business requirements for the assigned service area.
Primary Business Interactions- SFDC team members
- Key business stakeholders
- DI SW infrastructure teams (as needed)
- Other SFDC vendors and service/solution providers
- Coordinate with the Salesforce Team and Product Owners to understand, refine and document solutions as User Stories.
- Analyze business requests, ask relevant questions to ensure solutions meet requirements and avoid negative impacts.
- Participate in scoping, planning, prioritization, and requirements activities with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Developers and Business Owners on Improvement/Change Requests.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing sales applications and processes, and formulate solutions to support new business initiatives.
- Implement business/technical solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud using out‑of‑the‑box configuration within given time frames.
- Work closely with Developers, Infrastructure groups and other support teams on day‑to‑day application‑related issues following given SLAs.
- Support testing of improvements, new SFDC releases, and interfaces as needed.
- May be asked to work on production improvements, production bugs, large projects, M&A work, data migration or scrum‑master responsibilities.
- Undergraduate Degree.
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience with System Administration and Business Analysis
. - Minimum 1‑2 years experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment with sprints.
- Strong Salesforce administration skills: field creation, approval processes, validation rules, flows.
- Flexible and creative individual capable of supporting multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, often ambiguous environment.
- Strong business process improvement skills: process mapping, problem identification, application of procedures and standards.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver complex concepts through abstract models and presentations; meticulous attention to detail.
- System Administrator or similar certification.
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Polarion, etc.).
- CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience.
- Understanding of business data management and modelling.
- Leadership, planning and execution skills.
Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. Pay range: $90,000 – $162,000 annually with a target incentive of 3–5% of the base salary. The actual wage may vary by budget, candidate experience, skills, qualifications and geographic location.
