GovCIO is hiring a Test Manager to oversee testing strategy, planning, and execution across healthcare systems, ensuring quality, security, and regulatory compliance. This is a fully remote US-based role with core hours 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
Lead a team of SQA testers, develop test plans, coordinate functional, regression, UAT, IOC testing, and track defects. Collaborate with developers, product owners and project managers to ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle.
