IT Payroll Junior Consultant

In Sopra HR Software, a subsidiary of the Sopra Steria Group and creators of HR Access (used by more than 900 clients in 50 countries), we continue to grow and want to add an IT Payroll Junior Consultant to our team.

What You Will Do:

• Form part of the Professional Services Team as a junior HR consultant for Spanish and Portuguese payroll solutions.
• As an HR consultant, you will work on project management to analyze requirements, configure the payroll system, and perform tests.
• You will work alongside a Team Leader who will support your professional development.
• You will work in a technological, collaborative, and innovative environment, participating in HR digital transformation projects and providing real value to our clients.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• We value 1 year of experience in consulting or interest in developing in the field of payroll and HR solutions.
• Knowledge in technologies:
  Cobol, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, SQL.
• Logical and structured thinking (programming)
• Good communication skills and customer orientation
• Desire to learn, improve, and take on new challenges every day
• Ability to work in a team
• Initiative and responsibility in work
