Galvion LTD designs, develops, and manufactures ballistic helmets and data management solutions. The Business Analyst/Support Analyst will partner with IT, operations, and leadership to map processes, analyze ERP requirements in Syteline CSI, and support system enhancements.
Will create process maps, train end users, track KPIs, and coordinate with vendors on ERP projects, including Power BI reporting for Sales and Finance. On-site in NH monthly; remote work not available.
