Integrator

The integrator is responsible for the proper functioning of the SaaS environments of our proprietary B2B software solutions, in the context of our clients' usage. In this role, they relay the project managers in the technical qualification of evolution needs and the follow-up of their implementation by coordinating the different expertises.

In this context, your missions are as follows:

• Assist and animate client workshops
• Formalize functional and technical specifications
• Coordinate the different project actors internally
• Be proactive in the search for information and solutions
• Provide the visibility required by the project teams, without hesitating to alert of any potential risks.

• Brief the Software Engineers and Product Owners
• Be in charge of the planning of deployments of the infra team
• Pilot the software version releases.

• Qualify the configuration actions and specification of the developments necessary to respond to the specifications
• Consolidate and transmit to the Customer teams elements of pricing
• In case of anomaly in acceptance or production incident, put in place a rigorous analysis approach to identify the cause of the problem and solve it durably.

• At each stage (specification, production, acceptance), keep your commitments and be particularly attentive to the quality of your deliverables before client acceptance
• Challenge the needs, reorient and guide the client teams to find the right compromises.

• Ensure the quality of the deliverables and the acceptance of the developments delivered by unit and contextual tests, while constantly updating the knowledge base (technical documentation writing)
• Launch non-regression test scenarios post-deployment systematically.

• BAC +4/5 (engineers, IT) or equivalent professional experience.
• English – B1 minimum – B2 appreciated
• 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar role or within an ESN
• Experience on software implementation projects, maintenance (RUN, TMA), or software administration & development.
• Desired mastery of JSON, EXCEL (advanced formulas), algorithmic logic
• Appreciation of XML, YAML, HTML, PHP, JavaScript, Python notions
• Agile, Scrum working methodologies
• Collaborative tools:
  Jira, Confluence, Office 365
