Principal Solutions Architect and Developer

Big Rio is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Solutions Architect and developer with a focus on designing software and data solutions in the Pharmacy space to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions, project plan, and estimation, RFP technical solution response, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing your expertise in modern microservice-based architecture including Node, Java, Typescript, and AWS.

Domain:

• Solution Architecture, Technical design, Code reviews and hands-on coding along with the technical team, Principal Architect role
• For incoming client projects, provide estimates, project plans, resource plans and timelines, and participate in technical response for the RFPs

Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) Expertise:

• Design and architect end-to-end data ETL solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of data integration processes.
• Pharmacy Data
  
  Experience:
• Apply in-depth knowledge of pharmacy data to design and implement tailored solutions.
• Address industry-specific challenges and compliance requirements.

Business

Skills:

• Proposal Writing/Estimating for RFPs:
• Must be able to draft detailed proposals for RFPs, collaborating with sales and management teams. RFP's must include:
• Technical solution proposal showcasing technical capabilities and value proposition in a compelling manner to Clients and in sufficient detail to allow estimation of cost and budget and aligned customer requirements.
• Detailed schedule including labor and time
• Detailed budget
• Identification of uncertainties and risks in the proposal
• Mitigation plan for uncertainties such as contingency budget and schedule
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong experience working in a consultancy environment.

Technical

Skills:

• Utilize proficiency in Node.js, Java, and Typescript to architect and implement solutions.
• Apply a strong understanding of AWS services for optimal cloud resource utilization.
• Strong Dev Ops and Data experience.
• Hands-on code ability- must still be able to lean in and deliver code as well
• Strong ETL skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on data ETL and pharmacy data.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
