Axxys Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Field Support Technician in Plano, Texas. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide holistic support to clients both onsite and remotely. Responsibilities include monitoring service tickets, communicating with clients and team members, and documenting processes. Candidates should have an Associate's degree and at least one high-level vendor certification such as Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCITP.
