What You'll Be Doing:
As a Mid-Level Application Developer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain modern web and mobile applications using React, React Native, JavaScript/Type Script, AWS services, RESTful APIs, and relational and non-relational databases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions, troubleshoot and optimize application performance, and contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
Required
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a development environment
- At least 3 years of experience with JavaScript & React UI
- At least 3 years of experience developing back-end services with Node.js.
- At least 2 years of experience working with AWS Cloud Tools
- At least 1 year of experience in writing SQL and working with relational database structures
- Ability to understand complex business processes and how they relate to the systems supporting them
- Ability to research problems, identify a root cause, and recommend and implement a solution
- Aptitude for picking up technology quickly, along with a desire to learn and progress
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with team members to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded
Preferred
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Agile and Dev Ops tools, such as Git, Jenkins (preferred)
- Experience with AWS Lambda or DynamoDB (preferred)
- Experience with the SPA concept and libraries (preferred)
- ICE cleared preferred
- USCIS, CBP, or Top Secret clearance preferred
- Any other DHS clearance preferred
- Any other government clearance preferred
Our estimated salary range for this position is $72,000 - $115,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The offered salary is based on education, experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements appropriate to the role.
