Assist Rx in Orlando, Florida is looking for an IT Support Tech to join the Internal Systems IT Support Team. In this role, you will provide both in-person and remote IT support, focusing on desktop support, printer troubleshooting, and enhancing overall user experience. You will also be responsible for assisting with new technology evaluations.
Strong commitment to customer service and experience with Windows and Macintosh systems are essential. The position requires effective communication and teamwork to support the IT needs of ARx staff.
