As an Analytics Analyst, you will transform raw data into valuable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will serve as a link between complex datasets and actionable outcomes, ensuring information is accessible and impactful for stakeholders.

• Execute advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean data from relational databases.
• Design and develop interactive KPI dashboards and visualizations to spotlight critical business metrics.
• Perform detailed statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns that support operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven answers.
• Automate routine analytical tasks to increase efficiency and focus on high-level strategic projects.

• 4+ years of experience as an Analytics Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
• Proven expertise in data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of statistical fundamentals and data analysis using Excel, Python, or R.
• Strong ability to communicate data insights and support business decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
