As a Service Now Administrator, you will be the operational steward of our Service Now ecosystem, ensuring platform stability and high performance. You will act as a key connector between business needs and technical execution, maintaining the health of core data and governing the instance lifecycle to support enterprise workflows.

• Execute the day‑to‑day administration and maintenance of the Service Now platform across production and non‑production environments.
• Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate and improve business processes.
• Manage platform security through the configuration of access controls (ACLs), user roles, and group permissions.
• Oversee the integrity of the CMDB and other core data assets to ensure accurate reporting and operational visibility.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities, including update set migrations and validation.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents related to service catalogs, integrations, and platform performance.

• 4+ years of experience in Service Now Administration, IT Service Management, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in Service Now platform customization, including business rules and workflows.
• Proficiency in Service Now scripting using JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Hands‑on experience managing and configuring ITSM or ITOM modules.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
