GovCIO is hiring a Test Manager to oversee testing strategy, planning, and execution across healthcare systems. The role requires deep knowledge of HIPAA, interoperability standards, and regulatory compliance.
This is a fully remote US-based position with core hours 8 AM–5 PM ET, Monday through Friday. The candidate will lead a team of SQA testers, develop test plans, track metrics, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
