GovCIO is seeking a Service Now Support Analyst to provide customer communications, enhancement and defect analysis, testing support, and technical user guidance within the U.S. Coast Guard Service Now environment.
This is a full‑time remote position delivering user‑focused application support in an Agile development setting. You will log and track tickets in Service Now, refine enhancement requests into User Stories, document defects, and coordinate platform changes and release notes.
